Investments:

In close collaboration with operations and impact experts, the investment team drives lead generation, thesis development and transaction execution. Post-investment, it supports operations professionals in defining operational and strategic initiatives and leads on commercial exit preparation.

Operations:

By defining value creation opportunities, our operations team plays a crucial role in the thesis development phase. Post-investment, operations experts work with the management team of our portfolio companies on the operational transformation strategy and support the execution of onsite operational change.

Impact:

The impact team supports our investment and operations experts with thesis development, research and strategic market mapping – in particular helping to understand a company’s climate impact potential.
