A message from our founder
Climate change is humanity’s biggest challenge. Without immediate action and mitigation, we will soon reach critical tipping points accelerating global warming. Yet, the industrial sector is one of the largest contributors to global greenhouse gas emissions causing climate change.
I believe, the answer can only be a targeted, mission-driven and united approach by public and private stakeholders to accelerate the growth of proven climate solutions.
The good news is most of the technology we need to tackle this challenge already exists. Solutions to reduce CO2 emissions are already economically viable or about to become so. The question is how to provide the capital required to scale the most effective, most critical climate solutions. I believe, the answer can only be a targeted, mission-driven and united approach by public and private stakeholders to accelerate the growth of proven climate solutions.
As a company, Vidia was founded and designed to do exactly that. Tapping into the massive decarbonization opportunity that is the industrial mid-cap space, we invest in market leaders that enable the rapid substitution of high-carbon value chains and materials. Our team’s purpose is to invest private equity into climate solutions that decarbonize the highest emitting sectors, ultimately decarbonizing returns for our investors.”
